Who I was, where I've been, & who I'm becoming

Growing up in a small town, I felt confined to what our tiny square footage on earth had to offer. Now don't get me wrong, I'm still a small town girl at heart. But moving to the city was the best thing I could have done for myself and my business. It showed me that life is so much more than what meets the eye. It threw me to the ground and forced me to rebuild literally everything. It was a new beginning. A form of becoming if you will. Now here we are. Right smack dab in the middle of my passion project. My purpose. Demri Rayanne, a revitalized woman and an empowered brand. I'm so honored that I

get the chance to share it with you. Because although my work is a reflection of who I am, my purpose is to serve you and your own story. I want to showcase your life in a way that connects us. I want to encourage you to go after your biggest dreams and to be so unapologetically you, that you radiate that light onto others. That's what this is all about after all. Stepping into our unique gifts and purposes. Then sharing those things with the world. So know that whoever you are and wherever you've been, you are welcomed here. This space is for you. Thank you for being here! I can't wait to see the magic we're about to create.

This is why I've fallen so in love with helping other business owners and empowering humans through my art and services.

I want to take my story and use it to build up yours. Documenting your moments and celebrating your wins. Showcasing each season, together.

experience

I’ve been doing this whole photography thing since 2014 and went full time in 2019! Since then I’ve been awarded Best Photographer in Skagit Valley 3x, published in Merrymen Magazine, Bellevue Lifestyle, The New York Times, Bust Magazine and Sage Magazine and have been featured by Boma Jewelry, Create The Love, Proof Eyewear, Cheekbone Beauty and MuchLove_IG.

One of my favorite moments in my career was when I got a text from my client Tayler, saying The New York Times had reached out to her. We had just shot an editorial for her summer drop months prior and they wanted to use our photos to feature her small business. I was so incredibly happy that she was getting the recognition she deserved and felt honored that I got to be a part of such a huge milestone in her career. That was the moment I realized I was right where I was supposed to be. Helping other creatives and small business owners launch into their full potential.

All in all, memories matter. Our stories, matter.  Which is why I’m so dang honored to be in the business of art.
